We would like to inform you that as personal data subjects, in accordance with Article 11 of Law No. 6698, you have the following rights:

e) To request rectification of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing,

i) To request the compensation of the damage in case of loss due to unlawful processing of personal data.

If you, as the personal data subjects, send your requests regarding your rights in writing to the address Yenibosna Merkez Mah. 29 Ekim Cad. No:21 Bahçelievler / İstanbul by registered letter with return receipt, our company will conclude the request free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, our company will charge the tariff determined by the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board.
